With the “metaverse” being all the fashion now, Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Jim Ryan reminded buyers of PS3’s PlayStation Home — a “very early manifestation” of platform metaverse. Based on Ryan, the digital 3D social world was 10-15 years forward of its time.
A remark from Sony on PlayStation House is uncommon, and Ryan’s assertion wasn’t a part of a public dialog both.
