Warner Bros. has taken an indie developer without warning by asserting the delisting of their sport printed underneath WB’s Adult Swim Games label. Titled Small Radios Big Televisions, the sport launched in 2016 for the PS4 and PC, and was developed by solo dev Owen Deery (Hearth Face).

Deery introduced the information on Twitter, and determined to make Small Radios Large Televisions free to obtain. In response to a query from a follower, Deery implied that he can by no means promote the sport himself on every other platform — or by every other means — as he’s contractually sure to permit solely Grownup Swim Video games to promote it. It’s unclear if making Small Radios Large Televisions free will violate that contract or not.
In separate tweets, Owen mentioned that he’ll nonetheless get royalties from each sale of Small Radios Large Televisions till the day it’s delisted.
